An acid storm just hit the Caribbean and the palm trees are mutating.
The frenzied grooves of tropical rhythms and the industrial power of machines and electric guitars.

When a marimba or an accordion suddenly turns into a tortured synthesizer, an unexpected chemical reaction happens in your brain. You start to dance with your hips and bottom, but something up there is just not right, and you soon go into an insane trance, not knowing anymore if you should sensually get close to the person next to you and offer him a mojito, or go crazy thinking you're a wildebeest, or some other power animal that would have taken possession of your body while experiencing a ritual ayahuasca session with a mountain shaman.

Expect some unexpected and delightful fusions of genres, mainly from the talented Colombian new musical scene, that proved its originality and creativity during the past decades.
Other tropical / electronics producers and bands, from Holland, France, Germany and Venezuela are parts of this project that gathers some the most talented artists of the emerging electro-folkloric music.
